Our Mission
At Fxsteel our mission is to support our customers with design, quality, service & of course cost.
Since 2011 we have made it our goal to invest in Laser technologies & to date we have installed 2 x LT8, 1 x LT8 Fiber and 1 x Trumpf Fiber 7000 machines.
In 2020 Fxsteel Limited has added the improved LT8 Fiber to our South Wales processing facility, and in 2022 we have added a Trumpf 7000 Fiber
Our continued investment in technology, is driven by listening to our customers ever changing needs.

Benefits of Laser
Ability to produce samples easily and efficiently with short reprogramming times enabling customers to make alterations in a timely and cost-effective manner
The laser is capable of creating highly complex parts with repeatability accuracy
On round tubes scalloped ends can be produced which negates the need for jigs as parts will only fit in one position. Even on parts that are only drilled a self-locating end can be used to align the holes
Part numbers can be etched on the material for identification
Laser processing produces a cleaner finish, so no grinding is required
Lasering is far quicker than conventional methods of processing and opens a designer’s eyes to different possibilities of manufacture and assembly
